At Eberlestock, we stand behind the quality of our gear and offer a 45-day window for returns or exchanges on items in new, unused condition with original tags. We want to ensure you have the right equipment for your mission, whether it is in the field or on the range.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and shipping zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and secure it to your original packaging.

• 3.
  Ship the Gear

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location, ensuring all original hangtags and accessories are included inside the box.

• 4.
  Processing & Refund

  After our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
